Watermelon, peach, honeysuckle. Roasted 3/3/26.
Opened only after a week off the roast date. It wasn't bitter so I call that a win. One week off was too soon and it lacked any real flavor.
Week two it opened up so much more. A really great coffee. A fully washed and clean drink. There's a hint of bitter on the end but nothing bad. A solid brew that's only going to get better this week.
