I bought a new photo printer to print my pictures at home instead of sending them off to a print service. I don't expect to beat the quality of a specialty photo printer, but the time and cost of a print service isn't worth it right now. The Canon PIXMA G620 Printer was delivered yesterday from B&H in NYC.
We take a lot of pictures of our dog and kiddo. Time goes by so fast these days. I want a way to be able to keep up with the kiddo as he grows. I'm finding myself seeing such great photos that I took a year ago that only live in our Apple Photos app and never see the light of day. Having a good photo printer at home should be a good way to print off and get some of the pictures up on our walls that capture this specific point in time.
