SRTR Patient-Friendly Website Preview: As part of a pioneering initiative for the Scientific Registry of Transplant Recipients (SRTR), I contributed to the development of a patient-friendly website designed to make transplant-related information more accessible and understandable for patients and their caregivers.

This platform focuses on empowering patients through educational resources presented in plain language, aiding in critical decision-making processes and enhancing patient engagement with interactive tools such as a transplant transit map and informative videos.

The preview of this website not only introduces a more intuitive user interface but also sets the stage for future enhancements to professional content on srtr.org, reinforcing SRTR’s commitment to being a trusted, patient-centric resource in the transplant community.

Transplant Centers Interactive Report: The Transplant Centers Interactive Report provides valuable data on a transplant program’s waiting list, organ offer acceptance rates, transplants performed, and patient outcomes following transplant.

We used interactive graphs and charts to present the data, allowing users to explore the trends and patterns in a user-friendly and intuitive way. By leveraging the power of R datasets, we were able to create sophisticated visualizations that effectively communicate complex information to a wide range of audiences – not to mention speed page load times.

Donation and Transplantation Analytics Tool: In collaboration with the Scientific Registry of Transplant Recipients (SRTR), we developed the Donation and Transplantation Analytics (DATA) tool. This tool allows users to create custom reports and visualizations for transplant candidates, recipients, and donors. It features a range of functionalities including plots, time trends, survival curves, and geographic maps, utilizing a wide array of data variables.
